June Qian

Professor June Qian is currently the Associate Dean of Academics at Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University and a Professor of School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University (Tsinghua SEM). She is also the Director of the Research Center for Green Economy and Sustainable Development of Tsinghua University. Her research interests and teaching areas teaches include managerial communication, business ethics, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, etc. She teaches MBA, EMBA and executive education programs.

In addition to her teaching and research, Professor Qian took various administration positions (Director, Assistant Dean, and Associate Dean) in Tsinghua SEM between 2001 and 2018 with her responsibilities covering MBA programs, academic services, international relations, student career development, the school’s international accreditations, etc. She also leads the Institutional Review Board of Tsinghua SEM.

Professor Qian was a member of the 12th and 13th Beijing Municipal Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

Professor Qian graduated with her Bachelor degree from Tsinghua University and received her master’s and PhD degrees from Purdue University.
