Frank Gaoning Ning

Frank Gaoning Ning is the Former Chairman of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. He also serves as the Chair of Sustainability Working Group, APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), and the Chair of APEC China Business Council.

Previously, Mr. Ning served as Vice Chairman and General Manager of China Resources Group, and the Chairman of China Resources Enterprise, Limited (CR Enterprise).

He was appointed as Chairman and Party Secretary of COFCO Corporation, Chairman and Secretary of the Leading Party Group of Sinochem Group Co., Ltd., as well as Chairman of China National Chemical Corporation Ltd., Syngenta Group Co., Ltd., Syngenta AG, Pirelli & C. S.p.A., Sinochem Corporation. Mr. Ning was appointed as Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Leading Party Group at Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. in April 2021.

Mr. Ning is a Standing Committee Member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He has been recognized with prestigious awards including China Economic Person of the Year by CCTV three times, China’s Annual Top 25 Most Influential Business Leader Awards by China Entrepreneur for ten consecutive years, China's Most Influential Business Leaders by Fortune, Asia Business Leader Awards by CNBC, and Asian Corporate Director by Corporate Governance Asia, along with the CEO Lifetime Achievement Awards by Fortune.

Mr. Ning earned his MBA degree from the Business School of the University of Pittsburgh in the United States.
