Bernard Auyang

Bernard Auyang is the Chairman and CEO of Computime Group Limited, a technology, brand, and manufacturing company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Computime operates two businesses: Computime Control Solutions, an OEM/ODM engineering and manufacturing company in electronic products for the smart and sustainable living industries, and Salus Braeburn Group, a B2B and B2C branded company focusing on energy management, security, and smart home products, services, and ecosystems.

Bernard was born in Hong Kong and attended St. Paul’s Co-Educational College (HK) and Deerfield Academy (US). He later graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in Economics and East Asian Studies.

Apart from his business interests, Bernard is also active in the community. He is a member of YPO and served as the International Chairman of YPO/WPO from 2014 to 2015. He is the Vice Chairman of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Medical Centre, an Overseer of Wu Yee Sun College of Chinese University, a Trustee of SPCC Charitable Trust, an Honorary Court Member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Lingnan University. He was also a past Council Member of Lingnan University in Hong Kong and a past Council Member of St. Paul's Co-Educational College.
